Animal Instincts Australia provides both on site and off site options for our participants and these activities are adjusted to suit each individuals requirements.

We can discuss at your Intake Meeting what activities you would like to participate in and give you suggestions on what might suit your needs.
We can also provide quotes so you can plan your funding accordingly.
We accept NDIS Funding (Self or Plan Managed), DVA or Private Funding and can invoice to Plan Managers at your request.

On Site (sessions on site are Toowoomba unless otherwise stated)
  • Individual one on one sessions - Animals &/or Equine Only. Sessions can be with a qualified counsellor or student counsellor (under clinical supervision). All of our coaches offer life skills coaching. 
  •  Small Group Programs (3 per group) - Animals & Equines
  • Animal Connection, Interactions, Employment Skills & Training and Dog Walks. Animal/horse husbandry skills, work experience and work placement.
  •  ELEVATE Veterans Program - Hatton Vale (Lockyer Valley) 
                                                       
                             

Off Site
  • Individual One on One eg; Canine or Small Animal Interactions, Shelter/Rescue Locations, At your home/local park, pick up/drop off to various locations including on site to Animal Instincts Australia or local animal attractions, assistance dog training/animal assisted learning with your animals 
  • Small Group (up to 3)  eg; We bring the Animal Interaction to your home/care location, Dog walks out in the community. 
  • Community Group sessions

Animal & Equine Assisted Learning - Veterans/First Responders

ELEVATE Program
This program is for veterans wanting to improve their confidence, self-awareness, and resilience while finding 
harmony through relational connection with horses.
A relaxing hour spent with an equine friend in a safe environment, free from judgment, Where transformative healing
and growth organically occurs, leading to an overall increase in self-worth, happiness, and contentment.
Our beautiful equine friends have a way of helping humans work through stress, and anxiety, and helping to overcome traumatic experiences. 
Location: Hatton Vale (Lockyer Valley)
