Disabilities and Mental Health

We are all human beings and we all have different  capabilities, strengths, fears, worries and insecurities regardless of our backgrounds, culture or upbringing. We welcome participants from ALL walks of life and aim to empower and encourage individuals to be the best version of themselves without judgement. We have extensive experience working with children, teens, young adults, and more mature participants. We have no minimum or maximum age restrictions in our  services & are LGBTQIA friendly.

We have varied experience with mental health difficulties, ASD, ADHD, Intellectual differences, Stress and Anxiety disorders, Depression, PTSD, Mental and Physical differences and difficulties. If you have a specific need or goal let us know in your intake meeting and we'll work together to bring out the best in you.

Please keep in mind that whilst our team have much experience in the above areas we are not all qualified Mental Health professionals, Therapists or Allied Health workers. We currently have three qualified Counsellors for on and off site bookings, two student Counsellors and one Life Skills Coach.
Our team are constantly adding to their professional development by undertaking further study, certifications, and accreditations, however we encourage you to continue to work closely with your extended professional support team such as psychologists, psychiatrists, GPs, OTs, Physio and Speech Therapists to get the most positive outcome out of our sessions. We also encourage you to share reports/assessments from other therapists as we can often implement many of the exercises/activities and strategies into our programs here.

Animal / Equine Assisted Therapy, Counselling, Learning &
Life Skills Programs
NDIS Participants

Animals help us to build connection to another living being, adjust our energy and timing, learn patience, kindness, learn to watch and listen without reactiveness. Animals are a true mirror to ourselves and although hold no predjudice over anyone, they are authentically honest about how they are feeling and what their goals are.
Our programs not only facilitate the above, they also help our participants to build fine and gross motor skills, listening, observation and communication skills, lower stress and anxiety, and build confidence.
We run individual sessions & group (max. 3 people) sessions.
We have one qualified counsellor on staff, and 3 student counsellors/coaches, plus a life skills coach with a huge amount of NDIS/Disability training and certifications available for sessions.
Prices vary depending on your coaches accreditation and what booking you are looking for.

ELEVATE PROGRAM
Find your connection to another soul, learn to let go of negative belief patterns, get back in tune with the earth and nature, find your own peace within the presence of the horses, dogs or farmyard animals. Be empowered by learning to simply stop, watch, listen, and really get in tune with your energy.
Animals are well known to improve stress and anxiety, and helping to overcome traumatic experiences. Animals don't pressure you to know all, be all, or see all - they are able to easily feel where you are at and adjust as necessary.
