Meet Hayley Chambers – Founder, Facilitator & Industry Leader
Hayley Chambers is the Founder, Managing Director, and Lead Facilitator of both Animal Instincts Australia and its sister business, Outback Equines. With a deep passion for ethical horsemanship, equine-assisted therapy, and animal-assisted programs, Hayley has dedicated her career to helping people and animals build stronger, more meaningful connections.
From her stunning 103-acre property 40 mins outside of Toowoomba City in Queensland, Hayley runs a diverse range of programs, including:
✔ Animal & Equine-Assisted Learning and Therapy – supporting personal development, mental health, and confidence-building through structured, science-backed programs
✔ Specialized Equine Clinics & Workshops – focusing on horse archery, relational horsemanship, young horse starting, and positive reinforcement training
✔ Professional Training for Coaches & Practitioners – equipping industry professionals in the care, disability, mental health, and first responder sectors with the skills to integrate animals into their therapeutic work
Beyond her hands-on work with animals and clients, Hayley is also an accomplished writer and speaker, sharing her expertise, experiences, and insights with a wider audience. With years of experience in public speaking and professional writing, 2025 marks an exciting milestone as she prepares to release her first published books and expand her impact through more keynote speaking engagements and industry events.
Whether working with horses, facilitating programs, or inspiring others through her writing and speaking, Hayley’s mission remains the same: to empower individuals, build ethical equine & animal-human relationships, and create lasting change through the powerful connection between people and animals.

Hayley launched her first published book in February 2025 as part of the Women Thrive Series - Women Thrive Volume IV - Overcoming Adversity and her chapter is called 'Intuition and Instincts.' She writes of the many adversities she faced throughout some pivotal moments in her life and what she learned from these events to rise up and overcome the challenges.
This book became a number #1 Best Seller on Amazon within days of it's release in numerous categories and can be purchased below on kindle or hardcopy.

She has mentored numerous students over the years in the power mindset and presence, energetic connections, relationship building, empowerment and confidence development, and skills training.
She regularly attends professional development courses and workshops, and is currently completing further studies to improve her own skills and abilities to better help her students succeed.
